(cryo-EM) Validation Report Service

The number of maps solved by Cryo-Electron Microscopy is quickly growing in recent years. With this rapid growth, it is key to guarantee their quality.

VRS provides a map validation grading system that allows to asses consistency with the different provided elements: 2D classes, particles, angles, coordinates, defoci, and micrographs, among others. The level of validation of the map will be defined as the highest consecutive number up to which there is information available: 0 5 [A,W,O]

Don't worry, we will guide you through the different steps. You can provide as much or less data as you have available, or wish.
